Purchase Policy (ZENPAZ)
Payments Accepted
Credit/debit card, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout. Taxes are calculated at checkout.
Order Processing
We work with print-on-demand (Lulu/Printify). Processing time is 1–3 business days before shipping.
Shipping (US)
• Standard shipping: 5–8 business days after processing.
• Cost: $4.99 or free for orders over $35.
• You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.
(Times may vary during peak seasons.)
Digital Products
Downloads are delivered immediately via email after purchase. Digital products are non-refundable.
Returns and Exchanges (Physical Products Only)
We accept returns for manufacturing defects or damage in transit within 14 days of delivery. Email us at hello@zenpaz.earth with your order number and photos of the problem within 48 hours of receiving it.
We do not accept returns due to wear, tear, or change of mind. Personalized items and digital downloads are not returned.
Order Cancellation
We may attempt to cancel orders within 2 hours of purchase if the order has not yet entered production. This is not guaranteed.
Lost Orders or "Delivered" but Not Received
If the carrier marks "delivered," please first check with your neighbors or management. If the package is lost in transit, we evaluate replacements on a case-by-case basis with the printer.
